An important element of data protection is regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which particularly means regular updates of programming components.

The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on servers operated by: another company

The hosting company, in order to ensure technical reliability, maintains logs at the server level. The following may be recorded:

  • Resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files)

  • Time of query arrival

  • Time of response sent

  • Client station name – identification performed by HTTP protocol

  • Information about errors that occurred during HTTP transaction execution

  • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – in case the transition to the Website occurred through a link

  • Information about the user's browser

  • Information about IP address

  • Diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through recorders on the page

  • Information related to handling email directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator

4. Your Rights and Additional Information About Data Use

In some situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Controller. This applies to such groups of recipients:

  • Authorized employees and collaborators who use data to achieve the purpose of the website's operation

Your personal data processed by the Controller no longer than necessary to perform related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., on keeping accounting records). Regarding marketing data, data will not be processed longer than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the Controller:

  • Their rectification

  • Deletion

  • Restriction of processing

  • Data portability

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.2 regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of performing legally justified interests realized by the Controller, including profiling, provided that the right to object cannot be exercised in case of important legally justified grounds for processing, superior to your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular establishing, pursuing or defending claims.

You may file a complaint against the Controller's actions to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for website operation.

Activities involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be undertaken in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of direct marketing conducted by the Controller.

Personal data are not transferred from third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means we do not send them outside the European Union territory.

5. Information in Forms

The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.

The Website may save information about connection parameters (time designation, IP address).

The Website, in some cases, may save information facilitating the linking of form data with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such cases, the user's email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.

The Operator uses solutions automating the Website's operation in relation to users, e.g., that may send an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided they have consented to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
